Smith of the 52nd offered the following amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute (LC 35 1435S) to HB 396 by deleting on line 512 the
phrase: "any persons whatsoever;"
and
by deleting on lines 513 - 514 the words beginning with, "any" through the word
"department" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"the
purpose of creating, designing, publishing or distributing the department's
drivers' manuals"
