Summary

Transfers the Office of Collective Bargaining and related organizational functions, including the Chief Negotiator position, from the Office of the Governor to DHRD. Renames the Office of Collective Bargaining and Managed Competition to the Office of Collective Bargaining. Eliminates references to managed competition in section 89A. Takes effect 1/1/2051. (SD1)
