Summary
Codifies the requirement under section 4-135-1, HAR, that seals of quality may be used only for fresh agricultural products produced entirely within the State and value added processed agricultural and food products for which the primary agricultural product has been produced entirely within the State. Grandfathers existing licenses for use of the seals.
