Bill Title: Extends the Re-Sellers' Electronic Reporting Task Force. Changes the reporting date of the Task Force to the General Assembly to no later than December 31, 2010. Provides that if the Governor fails to make any of his appointments to the Task Force by July 1, 2010, those appointments shall be made by the President of the Senate.
