Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that one preventive dental visit a year shall be covered under the medical assistance program for pregnant women who are eligible for assistance. Removes a provision limiting adult dental services to emergencies. Effective July 1, 2013.
