Bill Title: Amends provisions of the Illinois Human Rights Act relating to proceedings other than those involving real estate transactions. Provides that the Department of Human Rights shall adopt the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission's determination as its own (instead of at the Department's discretion, the Department may accept the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission's determination as its own or process the charge pursuant to the Act). Effective immediately.
