Summary

Mental health issues. Specifies limitations for reimbursement for methadone by: (1) the state employee health plan; (2) Medicaid; (3) certain policies of accident and sickness insurance; and (4) certain health maintenance organization contracts; if the drug is prescribed for the treatment of pain.
