Bill Title: Mental health issues. Specifies limitations for reimbursement for methadone by: (1) the state employee health plan; (2) Medicaid; (3) certain policies of accident and sickness insurance; and (4) certain health maintenance organization contracts; if the drug is prescribed for the treatment of pain. Provides that addiction counseling, inpatient detoxification, case management, daily living skills, and long acting, nonaddictive medication may be required to treat opioid or alcohol addiction as a condition of parole, probation, community corrections, pretrial diversion, or participation in a problem solving court.
