Bill Title: Crisis intervention teams. Provides that in conjunction with the Indiana commission (commission) to combat drug abuse and the division of mental health and addiction, the law enforcement training board may establish the technical assistance center. Provides that the commission may make grants to the law enforcement training board to carry out the purposes of the technical assistance center. Transfers the administration of the technical assistance center for crisis intervention teams from the Indiana criminal justice institute to the Indiana law enforcement training board. Makes a technical correction.
