Bill Title: Mental health and addiction services pilot program. Authorizes the division of mental health and addiction (division), beginning January 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, to operate a pilot program under which mental health and addiction forensic treatment services are provided to individuals who are charged with a misdemeanor offense. Requires the division to report its findings concerning the pilot program to the justice reinvestment advisory council. Urges the legislative council to assign to the interim study committee on corrections and criminal code for study during the 2017 interim the topic of extending mental health and addiction forensic treatment services
