Summary

Direct the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to increase the Medicaid reimbursement rate by 10% for certain Supports for Community Living and Michelle P. waiver services effective July 1, 2022; require at least 75% of the rate increase to be used by providers to increase wages for direct support professionals and direct support staff; require the cabinet to provide the Legislative Research Commission with an analysis of wage increase by October 1, 2024; require the cabinet or Department for Medicaid Services to seek federal authorization for a waiver if necessary.
