Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to require that if a public school student receives an assignment requiring home access to the Internet, and the student has inadequate access, the public school shall provide an alternate assignment, allow completion during school hours, allow completion in an afterschool program, or allow completion by any other method agreed upon by the student's family and teacher.
