Authorizing specified parents and legal guardians of students attending public schools that are subject to corrective action and are not making adequate yearly progress to petition county boards of education to implement specified interventions; requiring county boards to notify the State Superintendent of Schools and the State Board of Education on receipt and of final disposition of specified petitions; requiring county boards to make specified determinations in a specified manner in a specified time frame; etc.
