Establishing the Violent Crimes Special Prosecution Unit for Baltimore City in the Office of the Attorney General to prosecute violent crimes in Baltimore City, in coordination with local, State, and federal law enforcement; requiring the Governor, for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter, to include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of at least $10,000,000 for the Unit; etc.
