Summary

Establishing the Task Force to Study the Economic Benefits of Dual Enrollment in High School; providing that the Task Force shall study the economic benefits of students who enroll in postsecondary coursework while also enrolled in high school and make recommendations regarding an expansion of the dual enrollment program; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2017; etc.
