Increasing the maximum compensation, from $10,000 to $45,000, that may be awarded by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for psychiatric, psychological, or mental health counseling; and prohibiting the Board from setting maximum compensation thresholds lower than the thresholds established in a certain provision of law.
