Summary

Providing that retirees of the Southern Maryland Regional Library, the Eastern Shore Regional Library, and the Western Maryland Regional Library may participate in the health benefit options established under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program; requiring the Southern Maryland Regional Library, the Eastern Shore Regional Library, and the Western Maryland Regional Library to pay to the State the total costs resulting from participation of the retirees in the Program; etc.
