An Act To Amend Sections 73-15-19 And 73-15-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Mississippi Board Of Nursing To Authorize Applicants For Nursing Licenses To Have Their Fingerprints Taken At Various Locations In The State Outside Of The Jackson Area For Their Convenience, At The Option Of The Applicant, For The Fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Check Required Before Licensure; And For Related Purposes.
