Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 21-27-17, 21-27-23, 21-27-39 And 77-3-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Public Service Commission Shall Determine The Rates For Water Service Provided By A Municipality For Consumers Outside Of The Municipality's Corporate Boundaries; To Bring Forward Sections 19-5-177 And 51-8-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relate To Water Districts, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
