Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 27-71-335, 67-1-18, 67-1-72, 67-3-13, 67-3-15 And 67-3-57, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Light Wine And Beer Upon Which Taxes Have Failed To Be Paid, That Are Possessed In A Dry County, That Is Manufactured Without A Permit Or Possessed Or Sold By A Retailer Without A Permit, Shall Be Seized And Disposed Of In The Same Manner As Provided For The Seizure And Disposal Of Alcoholic Beverages; And For Related Purposes.
