An Act To Amend Section 45-14-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Board Of Health To Set Applicable Fees For Licensing And Registration Of Radiological Health Entities Equal To 25% Of The Amount Charged By The Federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission (nrc); To Amend Section 45-14-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Board Of Health To Set Fees For Radiological Health Entities Not Regulated By The Nrc; And For Related Purposes.
