Summary

An Act To Provide That Establishments Licensed Under The Gaming Control Act And Licensees Under The Charitable Bingo Law May Allow Smoking On Their Licensed Premises; To Provide That This Provision Shall Supersede Any Existing Or Subsequently Enacted Local Law, Ordinance Or Regulation That Prohibits Or Restricts Smoking; And For Related Purposes.
