An Act To Create Sections 73-15-201 And 73-15-202, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Enact Into The Law The "nurse Licensure Compact" And Provide That The State Of Mississippi Enters The Compact With Other States That Join In The Compact; To Amend Section 73-15-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity; To Amend Section 73-15-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Mississippi Board Of Nursing To Implement The Provisions Of The Nurse Licensure Compact; To Repeal Sections 73-15-22 And 73-15-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Is The Former Nurse Licensure Compact; And For Related Purposes.
