A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT authorizing the moore county board of education to convey certain real property.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of G.S. 115C‑518 and Article 12 of Chapter 160A of the General Statutes, the Moore County Board of Education may convey to the Town of Taylortown, with or without monetary consideration, all of its right, title, and interest to the Academy Heights Elementary school site located at 143 Douglas Street in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
