STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Duties of Commissioner; Department of Education; Current Rules and Statutes. Amend RSA 21-N:4 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. At the beginning of each session of the biennium providing a written copy of the New Hampshire statutes and departmental rules relative to education to the house and senate standing committees that oversee education policy.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
