As introduced, eliminates a surviving spouse's right to inherit the elective share of a deceased spouse's estate; deletes all references to the elective share. - Amends TCA Section 16-16-201; Title 30; Title 31; Title 32; Section 34-6-108; Section 35-16-104; Section 39-11-712 and Section 53-11-452.
