Summary

As introduced, allows the municipality or county that conducted a sale for delinquent taxes to submit a report of findings of fact to the court that summarizes for each property sold at the sale for delinquent taxes the names of all parties with an interest in the real estate and such other facts relevant to the sale. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 25.
