Summary

As introduced, requires the department of safety, in conjunction with the department of education to, at least once every three years, conduct an inspection of the facilities of each public school in this state that serves students in pre-K-12 to assess the safety and security of the public school's facilities. - Amends TCA Title 49 and Chapter 367 of the Public Acts of 2023.
