Bill Title: As enacted, treats unexcused absences from certain remedial programs the same as unexcused absences from school; applies to remedial programs offered at no cost to the parent, if, prior to the student being required to attend the program, the LEA commits to providing transportation to and from school. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 30.
