Summary
Amends the Missing Children's Assistance Act to require funds from the annual grant by the Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to be used to provide technical assistance to law enforcement agencies and first responders in identifying, locating, and recovering victims of child sex trafficking.
