Summary
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow tax free distributions from health savings accounts for fitness facility membership and classes. This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a tax-free distribution from a health savings account for amounts paid for membership in, or programs of physical exercise or activity at, a fitness facility.
