Summary
American Taxpayer and Western Area Power Administration Customer Protection Act of 2017 This bill amends the Hoover Power Plant Act of 1984 to repeal the Western Area Power Administration's borrowing authority. It does not apply to any projects in execution on or before October 30, 2017, or any projects approved before September 15, 2018.
