Summary

Relating to consideration of the bill (H.B. 240) appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015. Resolves that, during consideration of the bill (H.B. 240) to provide FY2015 appropriations to the Department of Homeland Security, any motion pursuant to clause 4 of rule XXII (House and Senate relations) of the Rules of the House Representatives may be offered only by the Majority Leader or his designee. (Clause 4 makes a motion to dispose of any amendment privileged when the stage of disagreement has been reached on a bill or resolution with House or Senate amendments.)
