Summary

Study; operation and performance of the Commonwealth's system of child protective services; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study the operation and performance of the Commonwealth's system of child protective services and evaluate the provision of child protective services by local departments of social services and the oversight of child protective services by the Department of Social Services.
