Summary

The purpose of this bill is to streamline the reporting of information regarding residential mortgage foreclosures so that the information is reported directly from the trustees, who are the source of the information, to the Division of Banking and to require that the county clerks report only a list reflecting the number of residential mortgage foreclosure sales that were filed in a given period.
