Summary

The purpose of this bill is to remove ambiguity in the required hours of municipal elections and to provide for notice to voters of differing times; to correct a conflicting distance limit provided in the voting procedures code from 60 feet to 300 feet; and to modify the complaint procedure code to reflect passage of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, 42 United States Code §§15481 and 15485.
