Summary

Authorizes Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering of Department of Business & Professional Regulation to issue slot machine gaming license to any qualified pari-mutuel facility located in Palm Beach County; provides that such license may not authorize slot machine gaming before certain date; provides for payment of license fee, taxes, & regulatory fees; provides for conduct of slot machine gaming operations within designated slot machine gaming area of eligible facility; provides limitation upon number of machines; provides for renewal of license; provides for transfer of license; provides condition of licensure; requires approval by referendum.
