Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that a person is justified and exempt from criminal liability for criminal damage to property or criminal trespass to vehicles and from civil liability for property damage, if the action occurred when he or she rendered emergency assistance to a person in a locked vehicle, provided the person rendering assistance acted under certain statutory conditions.
