Amends secs. 625a, 681, 1211, 1611, 1612, 1613 & 1724a of 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.625a et seq.); adds sec. 1210 & repeals pt. 18 of 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.1401 - MCL 380.1416).
