BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 101.32, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is | ||
repealed. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
