    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to death benefits
    3         under the Florida Retirement System; expressing
    4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to death
    5         benefits under the Florida Retirement System;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to death benefits under the Florida Retirement System.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
